Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

• Due to the nature of rapid drug and alcohol testing products, as a rule, all products are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Returns may be approved only at National Screening Corp’s sole discretion and must meet the following conditions:

  • Return was requested within 30 days of purchase

  • Product is unopened, unused, and in the original packaging

  • Valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been issued

• Approved returns are subject to:

  • 25% restocking fee

  • Customer-paid return shipping

• National Screening Corp. will only cover return shipping in cases of:

  • Verified defective product

  • Incorrect shipment by National Screening Corp.

• No returns whatsoever will be accepted for:

  • Refrigerated products

  • Custom or non-stock items

  • Products not used according to their intended designation
